Refund & Exchange Policy

At SM by Manal, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following exchange policy, however we dont have a return policy since we are making pieces upon customer orders.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process:

To initiate a exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@smbymanal.com within the 3-day period.
Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
